These women are tired of dieting, feeling overwhelmed with all the nutrition information out there, and have a closet full of clothes that don’t fit!

Together, we create a plan that works for THEM and their lifestyle, so that they can increase their confidence when it comes to their food choices, gain energy and feel fabulous in the clothes they already own.

Anne Thibodeau is an Ottawa-based nutrition expert, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology and a Master’s degree in Human Nutrition. Taking on a unique approach to health and human potential, Anne helps her clients transform their health habits through nutrition, stress management, movement, mindfulness, and core wellness practices, enabling them to live a more vibrant, aligned and balanced lifestyle. 

Having lost over 75 pounds and needing to regain balance in her own life after having children, Anne developed a passion for helping other women reach optimal health through tools and techniques that helped her do so along her own journey. Her custom approach now helps her clients overcome obstacles that have them feeling “stuck” and unable to reach their desired goals in terms of health and lifestyle. “Après avoir essayé plusieurs régimes et diètes depuis l’âge de 16 ans, et après avoir pris du poids toujours en double à chaque fois, j’étais rendue à un poids qui diminuait mes activités. Il me restait peu d’espoir de perdre du poids et surtout de le garder. Mon médecin m’a suggéré la rencontre avec une nutritioniste pour comprendre mon comportement vis à vis la nourriture et ma façon de m’alimenter.

Lors de mes premières rencontres avec Anne, j’avais peur de perdre du plaisir, j’avais peur de me retrouver dans un état dépressif comme à toutes les fois que je débute un processus de perte de poids.
